New initiative…

November 7th, 2006

Photography and design- I  will be talking about this on here SOON…why are there so many LOUSY web-designers?!.. because most of them aren’t proper DESIGNERS, that’s why….so, let’s hear it for the relatively few good GRAPHIC designers left (many have gone out of biz, perhaps not knowing-or wanting to know- the technology to do web design, also maybe finding it too CONSTRICTING!)..more on  this soon, as I have a new initiative involving a designer with whom I have recently started a  professional collaboration …

wedding photography

July 12th, 2006

weddings weddings weddings - the first two photographic jobs I ever did were two ( both Jewish) weddings in New York City: I made a note (they were for colleagues at University) that that was a hard way to go if I ever photographed for a living; they are very challenging and are about quantity as much as quality!… imagine that I am now doing so - three this year- I still am of the same opinion, but have to say I enjoy it even if it does mean dressing UP….I just pretend I am a paid guest! A lot of people are doing photography themselves now, with friends all snapping away- it gets in the way if you are the official photographer, though…I only ever say I’ll do the job or be a guest, never the two together, it’s impossible to concentrate otherwise, and the champagne tends to get in the way….!

welcome to Max’s new website!
